Nigerians are often full of this idea of "the country is not ready enough for this innovation or another" the question I ask is when would it be ripe enough? and no one often proffer answer to that. And funny enough we have the desire to develop.
From my past experience of leading people if you keep asking people what they want, the country would never grow because everybody would push for what favours them. You can't always please all people as an individual and as a leader.
A closer look at the Fuel Subsidy analysis, if proper care is taken on the part of the government, it would be of benefit to majority of Nigerians esspecially students. But the same are the quickest to criticize. several times, the prices of goods have risen to a great extent and we survived then what makes you think we can't survive now?
to make Nigeria great is a collective responsibility and not the responsibility of one man. we all have sacrifices to make. if this is the sacrifice, why don't we make it?
Labour are often quick to strike, to me its just an avenue to provide rest for the lazy ones because a reasonable Labour should reason with the government not instigating the public against it.
